Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Harmonic-Drive 7830091-160 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cmc such as the 4721N001000000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 49822GA manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5K284WN2561 by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dayton Brand 6K325 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nema such as 62112RSJC3 equipment made by Nema have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nema products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nema" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4J4040L1FFGD by Toshiba and 62112RSJC3 spares by Nema are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4AP806 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mez.
